🔁 Refunds are available only if the account is not working upon delivery and a replacement cannot be provided.

🕒 Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

📩 To request a refund, customers must contact support and provide clear proof (such as screenshots or error messages).

🚫 Refunds will not be issued for customer-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Using VPNs or prohibited software
  • Misuse or failure to follow instructions

🔄 In most cases, a replacement will be offered before a refund is considered.

⚠️ Accounts must be secured immediately after delivery. We are not responsible for issues occurring after this period.
